“Joe Fraser, a resident of Minnetrista, Minnesota, served in the U.S. Navy for 26 years, culminating his service as Director of Information Warfare and Senior Intelligence Officer at the Naval Aviation Warfighting Development Center. He holds a master's degree in public administration from Bowie State University and an MBA in defense acquisitions from the Naval Postgraduate School. Fraser’s post-military career includes work as a senior business execution advisor. He is running for election in the United States Senate race in Minnesota in 2024.”
